According to data from the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors (UPAR), Remondini closed 182 transaction sides—representing buyers and/or sellers—totaling a record $20,300,876 in sales volume. Among 389 agents in the UPAR, he ranked eighth overall in sales and second within the 82-member local MLS.
A native of Gaastra, Remondini graduated from West Iron County High School before attending Gogebic Community College. He returned home shortly thereafter, and in 2014 was introduced to real estate by Wild Rivers Realty broker/owner Jill Ponozzo. After completing coursework at the Holloway Institute, he obtained his Michigan real estate license and went on to earn his broker’s license in 2019. He continues to build on his expertise through ongoing education and professional development.
Remondini initially built his business through personal connections and referrals. Today, the majority of his transactions come from repeat clients and word-of-mouth, reflecting the strong relationships he has cultivated. In 2021, he was featured as the cover story in Top Agent Magazine and received recognition for his achievements.
