Stergia Kalogirou

Stella Kalogirou is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate representing clients throughout the Northern New Jersey area. As a lifelong resident of Bergen County, she has partnered her educational background, love of real estate and her affinity for helping others to become a trusted and valued resource in the NJ market.

Stella has over 20 years of experience as a REALTOR and is an accredited New Homes Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Global Luxury Specialist and is a member on the Million Dollar Guild; representing selling excellence in the high end residential market. Stella studied for her Masters Degree in Real Estate Development at NYU and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with a minor in Design from FIT. This experience provides a strong foundation for the services she offers to her clients.

Stella's expansive local and regional networks along with a strong online media presence allow her to offer broad exposure to client's listings. By using a variety of technologic resources, Stella tailors her marketing approach to fit the needs of each of her clients and listings. When setting a listing or offer price Stella analyzes data from various state-of-the-art data tools to effectively establish a pricing strategy. The combination of these skills allows Stella to deliver exceptional service and results to her clients.

In 2005, Stella founded her own Real Estate Investment Company. Her experience in this sector has allowed her to gain both personal and professional experience within a variety of real estate investment markets. Stella frequently works with clients looking for opportunities in multifamily, mixed use investments, development and 1031 exchange investments.

Stella enjoys spending her free time with her husband, their two boys and Yorkie. She volunteers for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Operation Gratitude. She has also served as a Board Member for her Church's PTA organization and volunteers as a Class Mom at her children's school.
