A proud Havertown native, Steve is a graduate of Haverford High School and holds a B.S. in Math Education from West Chester University. Before entering real estate full-time, he spent three years as a middle school math teacher. His journey began as a real estate investor, and today, he owns a thriving real estate investment company specializing in flips and multi-family rentals. He also is the owner a boutique hotel in Philadelphia.
Outside of real estate, Steve enjoys time with his dog, Cody, working out, and cheering on the Phillies as a dedicated season ticket holder. A strong believer in giving back, he serves as the assistant coach for Haverford High School's ice hockey team and has held a board position with the Haverford Township School District Education Foundation.
