Steve Lambert

A North Carolina native, Steve Lambert brings over 37 years of experience to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. For many years, he has specialized in upscale private club and estate properties. Steve’s commercial endeavors include selling a motel along Blowing Rock Road in Boone and the sale of a vehicle dealership, including the real estate, business, and inventory. As he looks back on his former residential development projects, he feels a great deal of satisfaction. Steve has always made it a priority to protect what makes each parcel of land special.

A top associate, he has taught real estate courses for years in the community college system. There are several brokers in the area that took courses with him as an instructor, including one that recently joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty after a successful independent career. Steve believes in fairness and honesty in all his dealings and in giving his best to those who rely on him as their broker. He prides himself on his experience and relationships with customers that have lasted decades.

Outside of real estate, Steve has always had a special interest in photography, after he began submitting photos to a local paper at the age of 17. He is a member of Professional Photographers of America and owns several cameras, lenses, and a drone. Steve is also an avid cyclist and plans to again cycle the 469-mile length of the Blue Ridge Parkway while his group raises funds for Special Olympics of North Carolina. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Appalachian State University.
