STEVE MARIANELLA

For 13 years Steve was an award-winning agent with Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties and is thrilled to return to the resort real estate co, Wintergreen Real Estate. As a property owner in both Stoney Creek and on the mountain, Steve is knowledgeable of both areas of the resort.

As a WPI member, you'll occasionally find Steve on Wintergreen's fairways, hiking trails, and pickleball courts. He volunteers with the Nature Foundation and has coached basketball with the Nelson Co. Rec league. Many of his friends know him as "Husky 1" for his love of UCONN college basketball! Steve and his wife Marjolaine work as a team to provide exemplary service and response to both buyers and sellers at Wintergreen.
