Meet Steve, the founder and backbone of McIlvaine Home Team. Steve McIlvaine is a community oriented father of two who jumped into the real estate business in 2014 after a friend encouraged him to pursue a career in the industry. He quickly found that his background in project management and banking, combined with his knack for problem solving served him well for helping people buy and sell homes. Steve is a savvy and fierce negotiator who creates positive outcomes for both our seller and buyer clients. He loves to see people build personal wealth through real estate and strives to help our clients make wise decisions when buying and selling. Steve is backed by a team that includes his wife (who is also a licensed realtor).
