My mother's unique condo, combined with a shift in market conditions, made determining its market value particularly difficult. The Knoblaugh team did amazing research to determine trends and evaluate comparable sales to come up with a price and strategy that would maximize the ultimate sales price. They made the process an easy, hands-off experience for us by arranging for professional cleaning, carpet cleaning, and staging in preparation for the listing. Within 12 hours of the listing, we had multiple offers. Steve was able to evaluate the strength of each offer and we strategically accepted one at $55,000 over the asking price. The sale closed without a hitch in about 3 weeks. The entire process couldn't have been easier and stress-free with a better result! I can't recommend any other Realtors more highly than Steve & Meriam Knoblaugh!

Steve & Mary moved heaven & earth getting our home on the market in less than 2 days while we were 3000 miles away trying to buy our new home.
