My name is Steve Queen and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in Maryland and the District of Columbia. These areas include Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Laurel, Greenbelt, Crofton, Silver Spring, Waldorf, Capitol Hill, Petworth, Bloomingdale and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Queen was recommended to me by several friends and past customers. I worked with Mr. Queen on the sale of my previous home and again with the purchase of my new home. Mr. Queen demonstrated his knowledge on short sales with so much grace and professionalism. Mr. Queen always was very upbeat when I was down with the way the market was turning. Once I became patient, things started to change and we found my family the right home. He's very knowledgeable and if I had the opportunity to train as a realtor, I would hope that he would be my mentor. Steve Queen is an EXCELLENT Realtor. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and an expert in the real estate field. I had a very difficult transaction. I am located out of state and was going through a short sale. Steven, having never met me, treated me with the utmost professionalism and was able to answer my 101 questions. It was a very arduous file that was a pain but he never was short with me or not available to take my call. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the DC area.
