Steve Reith has owned Battlecreek Properties, Inc. since 1991. His degree in Finance from Southwest Missouri State University led him to the field of Banking. During his 10 year banking career, he acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate industry including the acquisition and renovation of various rental properties in the Springfield area. This was a natural springboard into a full time Real Estate career. Over the years Steve has been involved in local government as chairman of planning and zoning which has enhanced his familiarity with the land development process.
