There is no doubt that Steve has a true passion for the real estate business. He has been licensed in Pennsylvania for 28 years and have been a Broker for the last 22 years. His business philosophy is simple ….. “Listen to his clients and find them the property they want or sell the property they no longer need”. Since joining Brode & Brooks Inc. in 1998, Steve has won top awards for performance on an annual basis. In 2007, he led the company in production by CLOSING more than 9,800,000 in sales. Steve has an extensive background including residential, commercial – industrial and vacant land. Steve understands the current market and believe that his expertise is best demonstrated in difficult real estate cycles. His client’s interest come first and that is best confirmed by his repeat client business and the referrals that he receive from past clients. Steve is a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and the National Association of Realtors. Being active in his community is an important part of his life, where he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, United Way and the YMCA’s Board of Directors. Steve lives and works in the Upper Perkiomen Valley with his wife and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities when away from the office.
