Steve has been amazing! He's hung in there with me while I changed my mind about location, budget, and type of property I wanted over the last three and a half years. He was always willing to show me a house and arrange showings around my schedule which was never the same week to week. And we found it even in this crazy market!

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Or maybe 10/5 stars. The experience we had selling our home and buying a new one surpassed all expectations. Steve met our needs at every step of the way and was always honest, positive and fun to work with. He got us far over asking price for the sale of our home, and negotiated a great, under asking for the purchase of our new home. Highly recommend Steve Schwind!!

I had been looking for a Realtor that would represent buyers and not just try to sell their own or office listings. I received an email from Steve Schwind telling me that he does represent buyers. Because my landlord was going to sell the property that we had been living in for 10 years, I contacted Steve to see if he'd come by and help me to make and offer. He did and we now own our property, thanks to Steve. If I ever have the need to buy (or sell) a property I will go with Steve. He is honest, straight-forward and tells it like it is.
