Steve helped my wife and I sell and investment property we had in Lakewood. He knew the market very well and at what price point would get it sold and for the most money. We did not want to update the home which most Realtor's wanted us to do. He listen to what we wanted and why, he worked for us not for his commission which I have to say most Realtor's are in it for the paycheck and not the best interest of their client. Not Steve he took good care of us and even helped the buyers come up with some materials to remodel the home, which save them money as well. I would highly recommend Steve Shields and his Team at True Performance Real estate.

I have young family and we're looking for a home at the low end of the market in Denver. We had already had one realtor that had basically said we were not worth their time. I saw and ad for Steve hoping he would help us, he was incredible. We could have not been more lucky to have Steve as our agent. He took time to go out and show us homes, and since the price was at the low end of the market he made sure we were not getting into a money trap. I cannot express enough the gratitude my family has for Steve and the time and care he put in to making sure we got great home and mad a good investment!

Steve helped my wife and I buy our first home 5 years ago and was there for us when we went to sell that house for an upgrade to our new home. Steve was an amazing guy to work with. He was courteous, professional and timely with everything that was expected of him.
