Steve Wilbur

I’m the BabyBoomeAgent helping Baby Boomers, and all generations, re-dream their real estate needs. I work with traditional homes, recreational land, and investment properties. I have lived in the Wichita, KS area since between my 9th and 10th grade of high school, moving to the Wichita area from San Antonio, TX with my parents and little brother. I attended Friends University in Wichita, KS and participated in varsity football and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

I’m a husband, father and grandpa. My wife and I have 9 combined children and 7 grandchildren. I have been in the real estate business since April of 2021. My wife is a retired dental hygienist. We do love to travel. We travel to my wife’s parents in California, out of state children, and we love international travel as well.

I’m well into my 3rd. decade of real estate sales, and I get a lot of satisfaction helping families re-dream their real estate needs. I have worked in the capacity of a supervising broker with three different companies, in agent training and recruitment. I have sold Bed & Breakfast properties, historic homes, ranch properties, Barndominium homes and many more traditional homes. I’m familiar with 1031 transfers for like exchanges and enjoy helping families contribute to their families residual income. I work with an elite team of agents within our brokerage, all with many years of experience and all higher producing agents, such as me. Together we are able to collaborate to acheive the best results possible for our clients.

I’m here to help with traditional homes in the Wichita, KS metro market. I certainly help with recreational land sales throughout Kansas. I also have referral sources in various US cities to help clients with moves to our out of Kansas. I would love to help you re-dream your real estate needs.
