Steve is the founder of the Wittrock Realty Team Experts. Steve has been a licensed REALTOR since 1983. Steve got into real estate because he saw the long term value in investing in real estate. Shortly after, Steve started helping others buy and sell real estate with his motto “nothing like good old fashioned service”. To Steve, that means the kind of service you would expect back when your grandparents did business. Service that consisted of integrity, honesty and the highest level of customer service. With those same principals in tact today, Steve and his team have become one of the Top Real Estate Teams in Oklahoma. Before meeting Steve Wittrock I used to wonder what Realtors actually did. Steve is an amazing professional who proved he puts his clients FIRST. All other agents I worked with would arrive at the new property at the same time I did, never having seen it before, not knowing anything about it. Also, they never warned me about anything. All the properties were just fine with them. . .they just wanted to make a sale. I couldn't believe it with Steve. He was there way earlier than me. Had the place open and had inspected it. I mean the plumbing, windows and the ATTIC!. Then he would outline what he had found and what I should be concerned about. If there was a concern about say the foundation, Steve would have a foundation professional meet us there. Steve kept a total of what allowances we were going to ask the seller for. Then theres the comps. He looked at the seller's comps and showed them his. There were times when the seller's comps were ridiculous and proved it to the sellers by using his comps and got the sellers to agree to an appropriate asking price. Steve will tell you he likes the bid/ask negotiations, and he's very good at it. Steve is always on the right side of the table on any deal. He actually enjoys what he does and he proved it time and again to us. I would never again work with any other real estate professional. He found us the perfect place for us, and I mean THE PERFECT place at a rock bottom price. I can't believe how close I am to work in a house that feels like its out in the country. I'm telling you, either your realtor is a real estate professional, or he's not. Steve Wittrock set the bar awfully high, and we're glad he did!

Steve Wittrock is the most amazing realty agent! Before meeting Steve I really wondered what realtors really did. Not anymore. All other realtors I've worked with would just show up at the address for the first time as me. They would say things like its got nice drive up appeal and just agree with everything the seller said. NOT STEVE. This dude is for real. While the extent of all my other realtor contacts ended with things like I'll pull the comps, Steve was up in the attic with a flashlight, checking out how well the lot will drain, opening/closing windows, looking for hidden carpet stains and keeping a running total of all the allowances we were going to have to ask for. Unbelievable!!! Steve is a realtor's realtor, he gets to the address way before you and has already found the hickeys you wouldn't find till you had lived there for a month. He is NOT a yes man. He is NOT all about making a deal. HE REALLY REPRESENTS HIS CLIENTS!!! Now Steve DOES LOVE TO DEAL with the seller. He IS all about getting the lowest possible price! You would have thought he was my natural born brother the way he took care of me!!!! He pulled comps. . .real comps and they totally disagreed with the seller's agent (of course). But he went to the mat and got the seller to see their comps were totally bogus! And that made our seller very reasonable, you know, when they were able to see that their asking price was unreasonable. Steve is A TOTAL GENTLEMAN, he does things RIGHT the first time, he knows the book and he's by the book. I found that Steve Wittrock is a realtor you can trust to actually work for YOU. I will never again work with any other agent than Steve Wittrock. This dude is for real. . .check him out and see what I'm telling you is the truth!
