Steven marketed our home so well we had 15 offers in 10 days. We settled on an over-list buyer and closed in 4 weeks. Sounds too good to be true, but it happened. Our advise to potential listings is the same as Steven's: Clean the house of clutter. keep the yard tidy. Don't worry so much about the garage. Scrub the house clean and show the house to whoever wants to see it (provided of course they're with another realtor)
