Steve was the first (and only) Realtor to offer to save me time (I was calling several agents about listings found in a local real estate advertising magazine) by looking up all the available listings in my price range, and then show them all to me. He was very patient with first-time home-buyers (my wife and I), answering all of our questions, and worked very hard to find us a nice home in the area we wanted to be in.
