About Steven
Following receipt of a MBA with a specialization in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama, Steven went to work in Birmingham leasing retail space on behalf of Books-A-Million before moving on to Regions Financial where he analyzed a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions and markets in the banks Risk Management group. A sixth generation Tuscaloosa and Northport native, Steven decided to return to his hometown in 2012 to work for Pritchett-Moore specializing in commercial and investment real estate transactions and development.
In April 2013, Steven was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, joining an esteemed fraternity of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Steven also serves on the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council and is the 2012 Arthur B. Pope Award Recipient.
Steven’s wife Lindsey is a financial advisor with Raymond James Financial – Jones Stough Group and they have three young children – William, Robert, and Taylor. They are members of First Presbyterian Church and are both excited about the growth and renewal underway in Tuscaloosa.
