Steven Dillard was very knowledgeable! I chose him to be my realtor because I saw that he had high ratings and I thought he would be a great fit for me. I had doubts that my house wouldn't sell but he showed me otherwise. He never had a doubt in his mind that my house wouldn't sell. He worked extremely hard to get my house onto the market and sold. He also worked with me very well and looked out for affordable repairmen. The house looked astounding after the repairs were done to it. Steven went above and beyond to make the selling process go smoothly as possible. I definitely had a great experience with Mr. Dillard! If anyone is in need of selling or buying a home I 10/10 recommend him as the man to do it. He does a remarkable job and handles business well. His communication skills are on point and he keeps you updated on everything that's going on in the process. I appreciate everything he has done during this experience. Thank you! Steve was recommended to me by my sister and her husband after selling their home. I was impressed from our first meeting, after the initial walk -through he gave me several sound and valuable recommendations to improve the marketability of the house. Steve was always very professional, easy to talk to and was always truthful. He has a good sense of what will sell a house and what is just a waste of your time and money. I was recommend Mr. Dillard from a friend and Steven is the realtor that you want AND need. After two poor realtor experiences I reached out to Steven and I knew he was the man for the job. He made our first home buying process as painless as it can be. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and homey. He feels like that Uncle you always wanted. He’s a straight shooter and Excellent communicator. I know he has multiple clients but still I felt like I was the only one he was servicing.

Steven Dillard recently helped me purchase my first home!! He was awesome!! I actually found him online from researching local realtors in the area because I was dissatisfied with my realtor at the time and he did not disappoint!
