Steve Fant leads The Fant Team with experience from a career that spans 35 years and encompasses new home building, new construction sales, sales management, and general brokerage real estate. Steve started his career as a customer service supervisor and was quickly promoted to a project manager. While working on the production side of new construction, Steve managed the entire construction process of over five hundred homes taking them from excavation to delivery. During his time working for a national builder, he was awarded the Master Builder Award for home building excellence. This experience truly makes Steve an expert in the new home construction process.
Steve then shifted his focus from production to sales as he was promoted to a new home sales representative for the same builder. He worked in this capacity for 5 years helping families with their new home purchases. Steve was one of the top performers in sales and was elected to the Burgundy Club for his outstanding performance. He was then promoted to a division sales manager where he was responsible for the marketing and performance of the on-site sales representatives throughout all communities within his division.
After retiring from working with a national builder he started The Fant Team where he planned to use his knowledge from actively managing the building, selling, and overall process of new construction to create an unequaled experience for his clients when selling an existing home in order to purchase a new home. Steve’s experience has made him an exceptional analytical person as he has encountered any issue that could arise when purchasing or building a new home.
