Steve is an amazingly talented Real Estate Agent and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and patience when buying my first home a few months ago. Buying a home for the first time is a scary and stressful experience and Steve put me at ease throughout the entire process. He did his research, was prepared for the numerous questions I threw his way and always put my best interest first. Steve also made a tremendous effort to connect on a personal level and was an attentive listener when it came to my needs and wants for a home. No question was off limits for Steve and he was extremely responsive every time I emailed, texted or called him. I would recommend Steve a hundred times over, especially if you're a first time home buyer like I was.

Steve helped my daughter and son in law find a house a few years back. When I decided to sell my house, they highly recommended Steve. He came out within a day or two of contacting him, on a Sunday no less, to help me get the ball rolling. It took less than a week for him to have a competitive list price for me and it went on the market within another week. If anything slowed the process it was my procrastination on getting the house ready to sell.
By the end of the first day of showings we had an offer that exceeded the listing price. Of course with such an offer came a few hoops, however, Steve helped me navigate through them with relative ease. He even met inspectors and other trades when I couldn't. I feel that is above and beyond the expectations of a realtor.
I highly recommend Steve Gravlin for anyone trying to buy or sell a home. I know I will only use him in the future.

Steve did an excellent job marketing our home in Arvada. And he stayed with the deal beyond the closing. During the Inspection and Repairs phase, he was especially helpful negotiating with the buyer and the contractors, making periodic inspections to insure the work was done properly. After closing, he assisted us by making sure that we understood the escrow accounts and that we got our fair compensation from those escrow accounts. Great Job Steve!

I worked with Steve this previous June to find a home for my family. He was very thorough in finding out what would suite our needs and our particular wants/needs. When we first called Steve it was on a Friday around 4:00, and even though he had never met us before, he was able to secure a showing for that evening, just 2 hours later. Two days later Steve was able to show us another couple of houses, 1 of which we purchased. If Steve has not been so flexible with his time we would have missed purchasing our new home, as multiple offers were coming in after ours.

Leading up to closing, Steve was great at keeping us informed of what comes next. He was available for questions any time of the day and truly was an advocate for our family.

When it come time to sell this house I will definitely call Steve to represent us.

Steve just helped me buy my FIRST house, being a "virgin" home buyer I had a million questions, Steve took his time and answered all my questions, explained procedures, next steps and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Me and my wife were looking to purchase oir first house, being typical first time home buyers, we were lost in the sauce. We foolishly hired a family friend who was an independent Realator, big mistake. After wasting months of being misinformed, disrespected, and worst lied to, we had no clue what to do. Our lender took us straight to Steve and within barely a week he informed us on EVERYTHING we needed to do and we went under contract in less than a week! Although a whole new nightmare began with the COVID-19 began affecting the market, alot of government backed loans were being rejected. Luckily Steve and our Lender found a new lender with better investors and so we closed just about a week ago amd we couldn't be more thrilled! We thank you so mich steve and look forward to conducting more business with you in the future!

Having Steve as our realtor was a life changing experiance. We never felt pressured at any time and he had so much information on any questions that we had being first time home buyers.
