Steven Mosher

Born & raised right here in the Queen City, I am a true Charlottean. After graduating from Independence High School, I moved to Tennessee. There, I attended & graduated from a trade college where my focus was automotive & diesel technology. After graduating school, I moved back to Charlotte & at the age of 21, I purchased my first home. Shortly after this I decided to change my path & began a career in the mortgage industry. This was at the height of our economic recession. Here, I was able to make a difference by guiding & assisting home owners away from & out of the foreclosure process. Making it possible for families across our nation to keep their home. After years of helping borrowers keep their home, the economy began to strengthen. I decided it was time to help people in a different way & it was then that I became a licensed Realtor. With a continued & growing passion for helping others moving to & in the Carolinas, I am now a licensed Realtor/Broker in NC & SC. I work with buyers & sellers to help them accomplish their real estate goals. I have a vast knowledge of Charlotte & the surrounding areas, homeownership programs available to First Time Home Buyers & repeat buyers, & one of the top listing models to help sellers get their home sold for the best price in the shortest amount of time.
