I came to Steven after a terrible experience with another realtor. I am new to the area and explained to Steven what I was looking for and what my budget was. Steven was so professional and honest. He explained to me about all the areas, what was considered safer and what was less so. When I found the property I wanted, he was able to close the deal for me within the budget I requested and even managed to improve the terms for me. Steven is so professional that he knew the paint number of the walls in the house. His experience is evident and I am so happy to have worked with him and very happy with the house I bought. After a not so great experience with another real estate agent we were recommended Steven by a close friend, and thankfully we took that recommendation! From the very beginning Steven was amazing! Before, our previous agent made us feel rushed and anxious, made us feel like our questions were a bother but Steven was the exact opposite. He was very laid back, could answer any questions(you can call anytime, literally) and never made us feel like he was just trying to make a sale.
