From the moment my mother and I met Steven Szabo, we knew he had a kind heart. He did not just care to get us into a place we could call home, he genuinely cared about exactly what we wanted. My son and I are very grateful we had someone like Steven helping us. He devoted all of his time to us with no distractions to get us into a home in a timely manor. Steven is truly wonderful! My wife and I were extremely nervous about finding a place that would allow our 3 large breed dogs as we get ready to take a big step in the next chapter of our lives. We live out of state and could not spare the time to go look at the houses ourselves because of my work schedule and my wife finishing school. We we were with another agent from another agency for about 5 months who we felt just wasn't meeting our expectation of service and communication. We felt as if we wasted those months stressing while we were doing all the work in trying to find a place. Because of this, we ended up switching to Steven with about one month until our deadline of moving. Needless to say, we were terrified of things working out in a timely manner. Steven worked hard to help us find a place to rent and always stayed a step ahead of what we would need next. He helped us find a place in a surprisingly short amount of time and answered every question or concern we had the entire way. He went above and beyond with communication which was very important to us and helped build the trust we felt was needed to make this all work. We truly could not be happier with the service we recieved!!

My spouse and I recently used Steven Szabo services to acquire a new property. He was referred to us, highly recommended by some friends of ours. Through out are house hunt, Steve was excellent! Not only did he provide us with endless properties daily, any property we wanted to inquire on that me and my other half saw he acted fast and got us the information fast and in a timely manner. We were in contact with Steve daily and even on his days off he was steady on the case when we asked anything of him. He was extremely patient with us and every change that came about he never argued or complained. He just rolled up his sleeves and got to work each time for us. The greatest thing he did while assiting us was when we were trying to close on a house are current landlord was unreachable. Steve spoke highly on are behalf with the other realtor and assured her we were a good fit and when they finally did talk to our landlord, he would reassure this as well. It worked like a charm and we got our house. All this when I had doubts about my credit. A good realtor like Steve told me all I needed to do. He has actually become a friend through all this and I recommend his services a hundred fold to anyone in need. Steve's the man!

Looking for a new home is exciting but it can get overwhelming! Buying a home can get even more overwhelming. I had so many questions from things I just didn’t understand to why certain things were so important in this process of buying a home. I needed help! I needed a realtor. Having Steve Szabo as my agent was a true blessing. Steve asked me what I needed and even with all these properties on the market he was able to narrow it down to what just fit me. I had my own portal to acces homes that only met my criteria based off the information I gave Steve for what I wanted in a home. Steve was precise and prompt from answering phone calls and emails to reading every last word in any documents/contracts. He made sure I understood EXACTLY what I was signing and didn’t make me feel rushed.
After finding a home that I was very excited to call my own the process moved very quickly but, again I never felt rushed. From putting down an offer, inspections, closing costs and etc.
Thanks to Steve I am now buying my first home and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. When/If I ever buy again I will go through Steve Szabo and if you want the best of the best in your agent you will too!
