I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Matthew Engle as he ultimately found me my forever home.
I found Matthew to have a vast knowledge of the real estate market and he was so easy to work with. I also found him to be very hardworking, super trustworthy, he always answered my calls and questions without any delay. I really felt intuitively he knew what I was looking for and always assured me we would find it. He was equally as great in guiding me through the closing with ease and without any problems.
I found the whole team of Watts and Associates to be absolutely wonderful!
If I could give Matthew and the team at Watts & Associates a "10 star" rating I would.

Matthew Engle found us our beautiful new home in short order! He listened to what we wanted & immediately went to work to locate houses that fit our criteria. Once we found that special house (which was very quick), Matthew was there for us throughout the entire process. He was available to answer any and all questions as they came up, and made the buying process smooth and painless. Matthew is a man of integrity, and a joy to work with.
