Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Stevie.

I was a first-time homebuyer and had millions of questions, all of which Stevie answered with patience and in easily understood terms. She was super receptive to what I wanted—something move-in ready for my first home and not a fixer upper. We looked at a couple of homes in which I could tell the "realtor gears" were turning in her head; she has a great eye for renovations and equity building opportunities and that kind of thing, but she wasn't the slightest bit pushy about it when I told her I didn't want to do any of that. I might have been a waste of her talent in that regard, but it goes to show she listens and cares about what her clients want.

The whole experience was genuine, chill, and as non-transactional as buying a home could possibly be. All in all, it was like shopping for a home with a buddy, albeit a highly knowledgeable and competent one. No pressure, no surprises, nothing like that, and her sense of humor brought a lot of peace to an otherwise super intimidating and exhausting process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, no matter what you're looking for.

If she could find a great home for me, she can for anyone!

Stevie helped my fiancée and me find and purchase the perfect house for us. Her responses were always quick (to the point that I'm not sure when or if she sleeps) and she handled all the communication with the seller superbly.

We're using her services again to sell our old house, and I simply can't recommend her highly enough.

Stevie was the best. She truly knew the market and understood what my family was looking for. She navigated us so seamlessly through the buying process that was scary for us as first time buyers, and even got our first offer accepted! I can't recommend her enough, she's the best of the best!

Stevie was hands down an excellent realtor. The qualities we were looking for in a house were pretty specific and we worried that it would be a difficult task. But with Stevie, it worked out beautifully. She listened to our needs and took everything into consideration. She was always attentive to our feedback, and answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. When it came time to put in an offer, her advice was superb and we got our dream home! I recommend Stevie to everyone I know who is looking for a home.

I CANNOT say enough about Stevie. She is absolutely fu#%ing incredible, at her job, and as a person.
If you want someone who is an LGBTQ+ ally, someone who is considerate and compassionate to minorities in any sense, someone who is fun, sincere, and invested in not only what they do, but in YOU as a buyer? 110% this is your girl.

This was my first home, and I was absolutely terrified - the market (summer of 2021) was insane, everything was 80k+ more in cost, people were massively overpaying on asking price and waiving inspections and everything else just to try and get their offers accepted.
I couldn't do that, and frankly, wouldn't. It's too huge and important of an undertaking and impact to one's future. And Stevie understood that, and really tried to guide me, help me understand things, be realistic and grounded, etc.

We ran into a somewhat peculiar/sticky situation with the house and various inspection/cost factors. There was a lot of back and forth, discussion, re-framing, etc. But in the end, when I just couldn't budge any further or compromise more and still feel good and comfortable with it, Stevie went to BAT for me.
And in the end, we got ALL of the critical/big ticket items we asked for - definitely was not expecting that, especially with the challenges, AND in today's market!! And we owe it in huge part to Stevie's commitment to her job, our boundaries, and us.

As a first-time home buyer I was already more than a little nervous, and of course I was hearing all about how hard it is to buy in this market. It turns out I really didn't need to worry. At all. Stevie is just that awesome. I'm still amazed at how quickly I found a home I love and smoothly the entire process went. It's super obvious that Stevie genuinely cares, and she immediately understood what I was looking for. Overall my home buying experience was incredibly positive and I absolutely recommend Stevie!
