Relocating from Albuquerque, NM to Prattville, AL was a big move for us, but they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. I truly wish I could give them a 10-star review – they're just that amazing! When we initially moved to Montgomery, AL, Steward was the first person we encountered in the city. He not only showed us various houses, in-person and via video calls but also guided us through the process of becoming first-time homebuyers. They managed to find us the perfect home, and when we arrived with our moving truck from out of state, they were right there in the driveway with the keys to our new place.

Steward continued to be a tremendous help for the next two years with resources for any home maintenance we needed and even helped me find work at different points. During a period when we were out of state, AJ stepped in and assisted us in filling our house with short-term rentals, so we could generate some income while we were away. When the time came to leave, AJ sold our house in just a few weeks for nearly double what we initially paid – providing us with a nice chunk of change as we bid farewell.

Overall, I don't believe either of them could be more professional, better connected within Montgomery, or kinder people! If you somehow end up in Montgomery, I think I can honestly say AJ and Steward are the very best part of the city. They were the first friends we had greeting us when we arrived and our last friends to bid us farewell as we passed our keys off to them and departed.

Like many others have said, AJ of Red Tails Realty is incredible! We closed on our first home a week ago. AJ is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and was really good about ensuring we got everything we wanted in the home (even when it seemed a little unrealistic!).

She went above and beyond to show us homes, and did a fantastic job not just answering our questions, but foreseeing our needs so that the process was smooth, including reaching out to the closing agent many times to help clarify questions she knew we'd have, helping us understand the neighborhood (as I'm not from Montgomery), and providing us a lot of really useful information and resources.

As this was my first homebuying experience, I didn't know what I was doing at times, and at one point, I had to pull out of a deal. Despite the bumps, AJ remained the reliable, supportive force that helped us regroup and come up with a good, solid plan that met my family's timeline. I'm really impressed and grateful. AJ and the team really exceeded my expectations.
AJ is a consummate professional. I highly recommend AJ and the Red Tails Realty team.
