I’m Stewart Hawkins, a Northwest Arkansas native and Executive Broker with Viridian Real Estate, with nine years of experience in real estate and a deep connection to the place I proudly call home. While I’ve had the opportunity to be slightly world-traveled, this area is where my roots run deep—generations of my family on all sides have lived and grown here. That history gives me a genuine understanding of the community, its people, and how it continues to evolve.

I’m experienced in smooth, thoughtful negotiation for both buyers and sellers and am well-versed in developing pricing strategies that position a home to sell for strong, realistic top value based on current market conditions. Staying in tune with the market is something I take seriously and pursue daily.
