I was born and raised in the St. Louis area. I am married and have three children. I have been in the customer service industry all of my life. My experience and knowledge as a REALTOR® includes both Buyer and Seller representation, appraisals, new construction, and working with investors. I started my career in real estate as an investor purchasing several properties, having them rehabbed and then reselling them. I have kept several properties along the way that I currently own and manage myself as rentals.

I highly recommend Stu Quittschau as a realtor. He was very helpful when I was looking for a small one level home. I received notifications when any home with my requirements came on the market. Even though inventory was low and a multiple offer situation, I got great advice. Stu Quittschau is knowledgeable about properties and loans. He was very helpful when I didn't have access to a printer and had trouble with my car! I was successful in finding a home perfect for me. Stu was able to negotiate a great deal for me including a warranty and closing costs! If you're interested in buying or selling a home you will be very pleased with his attention to detail in all areas of your home purchase or sale! I couldn't be happier!

Stu impressed me from the beginning, he was very informative, knowledgable, precise, he was always there when we needed him and always answered our questions, provided options to everything. We appreciated all of his input and expertise in a very difficult market. Our expectations were to find the best possible house at a fair price and within our budget, also to be guided through the buying process with ease. We expected honesty and integrity.
