Stuart was born in Flushing, married in Bayside and currently resides with his family on Long Island in Roslyn NY. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York (CUNY)
Stuart started out as an accountant where the clientele were many of the largest real estate developers in New York City. His career advanced to the Financial Services industry as he became a Financial Consultant for Smith Barney. This experience in real estate accounting and finance were all of the tools Stuart needed to become successful in the real estate industry. In 1990 Stuart became a Realtor.

Stuart sales prices range from approximately $400,000 to over $3,000,000 with 70% of his transactions from Roslyn, Roslyn Heights, East Williston, Old Westbury, Searingtown, Albertson, Mineola, Manhasset Hills and Williston Park. Other sales occurred in Brooklyn, Bayside, Flushing, Merrick, Woodmere, Syosset, Laurel Hollow, Woodbury and Dix Hills.
Stuart treats each customer the way he would expect to be treated ("Golden Rule"), with an understanding of their particular situation whether it be financial or emotional. In order to have success with each and every client, Stuart continually communicates with them to determine if any changes have occurred in their life that would alter their plans.
