Stuart Kaye

Stuart Kaye is the founder of Kaye Lifestyle Homes and currently serves as its President and CEO. He has been involved in the Naples real estate market since the early 1980s and holds postgraduate degrees in real estate and finance. Stuart began his career as a licensed real estate broker and specialized in market research, feasibility studies, and real estate consulting. In 1986, Stuart’s first condominium development was the result of a research project. He then
proceeded to develop several multifamily communities in some of Naples’ most prestigious
neighborhoods. Stuart is also credited with initiating the revitalization of downtown Naples, starting with the renovation of the former United Telephone Building, now known as the Merrill Lynch Building. In 1991, Stuart established Kaye Homes, initially focusing on entry- level homes. However, in 2004, he launched a custom homes division, crafting homes valued over $4 million. Kaye Lifestyle Homes has constructed over 4,000 homes in Southwest Florida, providing the very best value for the money at all price points.
