Stuart Ruttan, II

Stu grew up in a small farming community outside of Watertown, NY. After attending SUNY Potsdam for Drama and Acting, he joined Pendragon Theatre in Saranac Lake for their summer repertory season. He immediately fell in love with the Adirondacks and the tight-knit communities within. A brief stint in New York City acting, auditioning, bartending, working security and waiting tables left Stu longing to return to the mountains, which he did. Continuing his relationship with Pendragon and the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, Stu sold beer and beverages commercially for Don Scammell, Inc., managed Hoffman Auto, and most recently was the General Manager at Big Slide Brewery and Public House. All endeavors revolved around a core concept; serving the public.

Stu is excited to bring this love of service to the real estate profession. His appreciation of the Adirondacks and extensive networking within give him a unique perspective on the many types of properties and opportunities the Park has to offer.

When not serving all of your Real Property needs you can find Stu hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and Nordic skiing with his wife and two daughters; often with his dog as well. In his spare time, he continues to act on stage and in film, perform voice-over work, and write and produce his own comedy shows.
