It’s a pleasure to write about our home purchase with Subha.. as a second time home buyers, we found this time it was such a smooth and memorable journey. Although in-midst of high sellers market, Subha made it easy that too in Naperville zones. Subha was absolutely wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. She took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details such as about windows, floors, appliances and few offer details that we wouldn’t have figured out ourselves before we decided to move forward with it. She also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. She was extremely detail oriented. Subha went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making herself available on short notice when necessary. Needless to say there was personal touch with all her home recommendations and she makes sure what best interests us and best suits us.. and we will continue to work with her for all our next purchases. Highly recommend Subha.

She was always available for all home tours and her responsiveness to phone call/email was incredible. Her knowledge of the housing market, kindness, good energy made our home purchase process relatively simple. Especially as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions that I should be asking and she was immensely patient with all my queries and also proactively provide all the information. Thank you so much for your help to purchase my house. I am really happy with the services. You answered my questions and clarifications quickly, honestly.
You have very good knowledge and skills to understand my home buying needs and provided sales contract. Provided necessary advice to prepare home inspection finding reports, final walkdown help and finally providing Utility company contact information.
I am able to call the utility company and set up my Electricity and Gas service quickly instead of googling it.

We recently moved from California to the Chicago suburbs. Since we were new to the area, our priority was working with a realtor who had experience and understood our requirements.
