We were so lucky to have gotten Sue Ann and Patrick as our realtors. Upon meeting they were warm and friendly and made you feel like you were talking to friends. They listened intently to what our needs were, asked appropriate questions and were very open to showing us properties we were interested in and explaining all the details..We were so lucky to have found a wonderful Condo here in Murrells Inlet and close in a timely manner and make it ours.. I hope other buyers get to meet them and work with them to find the home/condo of their dreams. They won’t be disappointed🏖

I cannot thank Sue Ann enough for the assistance she gave when purchasing our new home! My family and I were relocating to South Carolina from New York. Sue Ann seemed genuinely excited to assist us with this huge undertaking. The logistics in moving to a new state were overwhelming. After several conversations and finally meeting her, we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. Sue Ann was very knowledgeable about the area were wanted to live. She was very responsive with emails, calls, and texts. Sue Ann always had the answers we needed to make informed decisions. I also can’t forget to thank Patrick! Sue Ann and Patrick make a great team and you wont find kinder people that will work hard for you! They really made this a great experience for us!

Great agents for finding your forever home. Sue Ann and Patrick always go well beyond your expectations when you're searching for a home. Sue Ann knows this area better than 99% of any other agents in the business. She doesn't need to rely on an MLS listing to know if a neighborhood is a good fit for your needs. She's lived in this area for a long time and knows just where to look for your dream home. Patrick is a get-r-done type of agent and does whatever you need to close on a home. These two really compliment each other. They are friendly, energetic, devoted, responsive and knowledgeable. You'll feel very comfortable working with this team. They have helped me buy two homes and sell another one. My advice, call them first if you want complete satisfaction.

Sue Ann and Patrick were great to work with. They were prompt, courteous, and responsive to all our needs. We had some issues come up after the inspection during the sales process and they ensured us that we would meet alll the deadlines in the contract. They helped us find contractors and remedied all contingency repairs required for the sale. We called at random times and they always picked up to answer our questions. They are a pleasure to work with, our home sale was finalized without any issues thanks to all of their work. Highly recommended!

Sue Ann sold me my 20th home that I have purchased in my lifetime. She was by far the most competent and engaging Realtor I had ever used! She really listened to what I was looking for in my retirement relocation. She educated me to the different areas of Myrtle Beach, spent hours researching and showing me homes. She and her southern charm helped me find the perfect home in the perfect location. She also kept an eye on my home until I moved in 2 months later!
She is the best in the area!
