As the previous Principal Broker for Coldwell Banker Realty in the Greater Cincinnati area, managing over 850 sales associates who average over 9,000 closed units annually; Sue knows a lot about providing truly exceptional service! In management with Coldwell Banker Realty Sue's goal was to provide the agents the tools and services they needed to deliver a truly remarkable customer service experience for their clients from staging to closing to clients for life! Utilizing her vast real estate experience and business skills she is able to focus on her passion of helping individual sellers and buyers achieve their ultimate goal of buying the home of their dreams or making a move that is suited to their needs. A native of Cincinnati, with stints in Wisconsin, Chicago, and New England, she has experienced relocating first-hand and she understands the challenges of long-distance moves. She came full circle in finally settling down with her husband, Dan and two daughters, right back where they started - The Best Place to Live - Cincinnati! As an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion in Real Estate she has served as the national chair for Coldwell Banker Realty, Central Region DI Council, and is currently a member of NAGLREP and NAREB. She is committed to the pursuit of excellence and integrity in Greater Cincinnati Area Real Estate, Ohio Realtors and National Association of Realtors as a past member of the Warren County Board of Realtors and current Cincinnati Board of Realtors and Ohio Realtors Board of Directors. Aside from real estate, giving back to the communities she serves is also a passion of mine supporting Ursuline Academy -- Member of the Julia Chatfield Society, University of Notre Dame, Marquette University, Human Rights Campaign - Federal Member, Cincinnati Art Museum, and the Coldwell Banker Realty Foundation.
