Sue Cheng

Sue used to be a data analyst and programmer, obtaining a master’s degree in engineering. Starting as a real estate investor, Sue began to realize that her true passion was in real estate. With strong data analysis skills and experience as a marketing director, Sue has been quite successful in real estate investment. After starting as a real estate investor, Sue became a professional realtor, as she genuinely enjoys working with different people and negotiating deals.

Sue truly believes in Intero’s core values of trust, respect, and integrity. Her analytics-driven approach helps clients better understand current market trends, properly assess property value, and choose the optimal buying/selling strategy. In addition, Sue has done numerous projects including remodeling, staging and complete new construction in the bay area including Palo Alto and Los Altos. With these first-hand experiences, Sue brings her clients a wealth of experience and knowledge to answer every customer’s concern. Sue currently lives in Los Altos with her family. In her spare time, she loves hiking, volunteer and interior designing.
