Not only did she help us navigate the current housing market conditions, she had expertise on things to watch out for as we were narrowing down our choices which helps us be more objective even when you think you love a certain property. Where to begin, Sue was so amazing to work with. she didn't just show me houses but helped me decide what i was looking for, answered the phone every time i called or texted, would make time to see houses the same day i wanted to look. The biggest difference from her and others was she stayed with me to the end even seeing the lending process through til closing and a few times talking me off the ledge. As if more was needed she's also a warm, caring and amazing woman and no i didn't know her before this process :). Thanks so much Sue, I know you're a huge reason i have this house

Sue was so amazing to work with when my husband and I were purchasing our first home. She helped us figure out what we absolutely needed in a home, and what the less important features we could compromise on in order to stay in our budget. When touring homes, she was very honest about what may eventually need work on the house, and if the seller’s price was a good deal or not. When we found the home of our dreams, she helped us quickly put down an offer that same night. She helped us negotiate to get a great deal on the house that was accepted right away by the seller. She was also extremely helpful during the rest of the closing process if we had questions about anything, since it was our first time buying a house. She also helped refer us to a trusted real estate lawyer and loan agent, who were both excellent. Overall it was such a smooth and stress-free process with her, even though we were buying a house during a pandemic. I could not recommend her more!

I have to share my experience with Sue at HomeSmart Reality. She has been a real blessing through out our journey of moving to Florida. My wife was offered a great opportunity in Tampa Florida with a short time frame to pack up and leave. Moving alone is a big stress alone and to sell our home to top! Sue was the fourth realtor I worked with over the last 15 years, and, unless she retires, she will be the only one I work with moving forward! Unlike realtors I've had in the past, there was never a question that she was working in our best interest...I never had the feeling that she was trying to cut corners to make her job easier, or that she was encouraging us to spend any more than we needed to...and she worked really hard to get us what we wanted in our price range. She is also very good natured and easy to work with. She is good at understanding people, and after we went through two houses with her she knew exactly what we wanted and needed. Lastly, she did an excellent job educating and informing us about the specifics of regional real estate, and she absolutely knows how to make things happen! I was so glad to have her!
