Sue Ivey

Sue has over 20 years of real estate investment experience and a strong background as a Realtor. With a keen eye for property potential developed through remodeling and investing, she combines this expertise with years of experience serving families in education. Having arrived in Humboldt County four decades ago for university, she fell in love with the area’s landscapes and architecture. After a rewarding career as a teacher and administrator, Sue transitioned into real estate. She is active in community service, including board membership and volunteering at the Sequoia Humane Society. Outside work, she enjoys time with her husband, children, dogs, and outdoor activities. Sue is dedicated to providing personalized, detail-oriented service to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
