About Sue

Once a visitor to the area, Sue remembers searching for her forever home back in 2004 and feels she now has a common bond with newcomers. Although she had existing family in the High Country, occasional trips were not enough. She wanted to raise her children in a better environment, socially and physically. Her husband, Dominick LeSerra, son Dominick III and daughter Gabriella, have made Ashe County their permanent home for the last ten years. They have been inspired to take on new and exciting endeavors. Sue’s husband is a twenty-year veteran as a licensed electrician and owns D&S Electric Company. She entered the real estate business in 2006 and have enjoyed it thoroughly ever since. Her children are both currently pursuing careers in college for criminal justice and nursing.

It is Sue’s goal to show everyone what Ashe County has to offer. She loves experiencing all four seasons and the pleasant simplicity of mountain living. She believes that her enthusiasm, energy, and passion for her profession shine in this industry. She understands the market, the economics of buying and selling, and how to leverage all the tools available to get the best results for her clients.
