Sue Murphy

Born and raised in Northampton Township, Bucks County, Susan knows the region well. Having attended Council Rock schools and graduating from Rider University with a degree in business, she worked for years in advertising followed by managing her family’s restaurant business. She quickly learned the value of good customer service along with the importance of honesty, integrity, commitment, and hard work.

In the early 90’s, Susan married and she and her husband, Chris, purchased an old Bucks County farmhouse in dire need of updating and repair. Over the next few years, they had three children while renovating their piece of Bucks County history. Their family still resides there today. The renovation process developed Susan’s love for home improvement projects and design. Susan took her customer service background and passion for homes to the next logical level - selling real estate. She has built a reputation for outstanding service while helping buyers and sellers in the Philadelphia region to achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Susan loves to cook and bake, gardens to relax, enjoys home improvement projects, and is an advocate for local animal rescue organizations.
