Spending childhood summer holidays in Minnesota at "the Lake," and enjoying the beauty of Colordo, she and her family appreciate outdoor experiencess. Continuing her passion for athletic pursuits and adventure, Susan has ascended Fourteeners, finished marathons, and completed the Pikes Peak Ascent. She recently discovered pickleball while maintaining interests in yoga, dance, hiking, and occaional rounds of golf. Susan takes pleasure in entertaining guests, interior design, and gardening—establishing welcoming environments through the harmonious blending of colors, illumination, and textures.
Throughout her professional experience, including positions at Sotheby's International Realty and currently MODUS Real Estate, Susan has cultivated interests in financial analysis, investment opportunities, and historic preservation projects. These areas not only fulfill her intellectual curiosity about future contemporary possibilities, but assist her clientele in discovering optimal pathways on their individual property ownership journeys.
