After 15 years as the Office Manager and Managing Broker of the Plymouth Office at Badger Peabody & Smith, I’ve decided to return to my roots—working directly with buyers and sellers as an agent. My new home office is on the beautiful shores of Squam Lake in Holderness, NH.
A lifelong real estate enthusiast, I turned my passion into a career after retiring from teaching in 2008. I’ve called New Hampshire’s Lakes and Mountains Region home for over 40 years, having grown up in Keene before settling in the Plymouth area. My love for the outdoors and deep appreciation for the natural beauty of our lakes and mountains make me especially grateful to live and work in this incredible region.
My husband, Jeff, and I raised our two children in Plymouth, where I was deeply involved in the community—as a Commissioner for Plymouth Parks and Recreation, a board member for Habitat for Humanity, and a mentor for young girls through the Circle Program. As a teacher, I taught Health and Physical Education to freshmen and sophomores and coached Track & Field and Field Hockey at both the middle and high school levels.
I’ve also been a longtime member of the Waterville Valley ski community, first as a parent of two competitive skiers at WVBBTS and now continuing as a wife and mother of coaches—plus a proud grandmother of two grandchildren who ski at WVBBTS every weekend.
I live between Lake Winona in Center Harbor and Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, right in the heart of the Lakes Region. I’m also a Steward for the Squam Lakes Conservation Society, where I help protect our beautiful natural spaces by monitoring two conserved land parcels each year.
As a real estate agent, I bring patience and understanding to every transaction, whether assisting first-time homebuyers or those who haven’t purchased a home in many years. Navigating the process can feel overwhelming, and I take pride in guiding my clients with care, knowledge, and a commitment to their goals. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring the hiking trails around Squam Lake and Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough, NH, with my Chocolate Lab, Eddie.
