Sueanne Sylvester

Sueanne Peacock Sylvester, a second generation Realtor®, was raised in Mountain Lakes, NJ and has also lived in Boston, New Hampshire, and Newport Beach, California. Like many former Lakers, she was excited to return to her hometown, an ideal place to raise her twin sons.

In 2024 she was the #1 real estate agent in Mountain Lakes. Sueanne is consistently a leading agent in the Coldwell Banker Realty, Mountain Lakes Office, and in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Agents Nationwide. She is a Certified Global Luxury Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Sueanne graduated from Colgate University and attended the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Prior to real estate, Sueanne was an award-winning copywriter at national advertising agencies in NY and Boston specializing in luxury brands, international travel, real estate development, sports, cars, and finance. She also taught Advertising in Boston for the Boston Ad Club and Boston Art Institute. When listing homes, Sueanne’s marketing expertise shines through with professionally written copy, gorgeous photography, engaging video, and a comprehensive strategic campaign customized for each home.

Sueanne's decades of community involvement include serving as President of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Chair of the Race for the Cure in Orange County, CA as well as Director of Fund Development for The Lake Drive Foundation for Children Who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing in NJ. She has served on the boards of both The Town Club of Mountain Lakes and League of Women Voters Mountain Lakes and is a member of the Mountain Lakes Historic Preservation Committee and Affordable Housing Committee.

Sueanne has four children and two grandchildren, She is married to her high school sweetheart from Mountain Lakes and lives in a historic “Hapgood” home with their black labrador retriever, Jackson.
