She advised us to move fast due to rising interest rates and the softening market, and guided us through a timeline of all the things needed to make it happen. Sunita Bali was truly all-around excellent. From day 1,
I was most impressed by how responsive she was, which truly shows she was just as invested as I was in getting an offer to sell our house. I'm looking back at our back and forth texts and emails/calls and Sunita has replied/called me back within 30-45 mins, I mean thats is incredibly quick. She knows exactly what she is doing and she would take care of your house as if the house is her own. In addition, she would visit the house multiple times in a day to make sure that the water is not running or the electricity is not turned on when there is no one present at the house.

When I met Sunita to discuss putting my house on the market for sale, I knew immediately that she knew her business. I had no doubt right from the beginning that I was in good hands. I spoke with Sunita by phone and then met with her at my home. She took a good amount of her time explaining the process as I was the first time home seller. Kudos to the tenth power to Sunita Bali. She sold my daughter's home within posting on the market within thirty days. It was incredible because prior to that my daughter was with another realtor for seven months with no prospects. Sunita is professional as she is knowledgeable. Sunita, our Realtor, was present in every step of the process, always seeking out and maximizing our interest. When she learned that we moved from another state, she immediately made us comfortable by showing us the area digitally before we went out for home hunting. It gave us some perspective of the neighborhood. WE really loved this approach.

From our very first consultation she was careful to get an understanding of our needs. "We found Sunita, our Realtor, through one of her marketing postcards. We invited her for a presentation to rent out our home and we immediately bonded with her and I enjoyed talking to her.
