We were working with another realtor to buy a new house but we were not impressed with their attentiveness. They weren’t aggressive enough and we wanted a realtor who was proactive instead of reactive. We saw that Sunna was representing a house in our neighborhood and did some research on her. We loved her marketing strategies and we felt that she was more aligned to the type of realtor we were looking for. We reached out to her and she set up an initial walkthrough of our home, gave us some ideas of pricing. She was very upfront with us about the fees and etc. She asked us what we would like to get for our house and discussed some of the main selling points that would drive our price up. As soon as she listed the house as coming soon we had 1 offer before it was even an active listing. After the open house we had more offers and Sunna already had a couple in mind for our house. When all the offers came in she was able to negotiate an offer that we way over our asking price and set a record breaking amount for our townhome. She made selling our house an easy ordeal (and this was our first time selling a house). If you want a realtor who is going to go above and beyond for you, CALL SUNNA! She is amazing and super kind! She will become one of your best friends! Could not have asked for a better realtor.

What can I say about Sunna? She's meticulous, thorough, dedicated, always available, and hustles nonstop. She's exactly what you want in a real estate agent. She's honest and upfront and very realistic. Sunna is absolutely wonderful to work with, and I am so happy she was our agent. Though we’ve worked with other agents previously, Sunna is the only agent I will trust with real estate transactions moving forward. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond what a typical agent does. My wife and I had been looking for a new house for several months. We met Sunna at an open house and almost immediately knew she was the type of realtor that we could trust to not only find a house we were interested in, but to also sale our house. After several months of active searching, Sunna found a property that she knew we would like. We put an offer on the house and with her assistance, our offer was accepted within days and BEFORE an open house. Moreover, she was able to negotiate a price WELL below what the house appraised for. When it was time to sale our house, she helped us put some finishing touches on house and it sold within a week for about 6% over asking and we were able to close within 3 weeks! For starters, we set out with a big ask; find a house in 48 hours with a set budget and close within 45 days. Not only did Sunna deliver, she found us the home of our dreams within our budget, helped us get an offer in on a Monday, and have us under contract by the end of the week after beating out almost a dozen other offers. Plus we closed a little after 30 days! Sunna proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the local Columbia/Clarksville market and expertly guided us through the entire process. This is the fifth home buying process I’ve been through and it was easily the smoothest thanks to Sunna!
