I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sunny for the last 15 years. Over the last two years we have worked with Sunny, while our daughter searched for her first house. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sunny. My husband and I have been house looking for a year and half and couldn’t seem to find the perfect fit. Buying a home was always in my eyes one of the most daunting and terrifying things a person can do. But working with Sunny and his amazing team made it as easy as picking up groceries at the store.

This was a smooth process from the start when we were just viewing houses. You could tell he cares about making sure he finds the right house for you and your family. He would point out any potential issues saving us from costly expenses later on, not trying to push a house just to make a sale. Knowing we had an experienced and knowledgeable realtor looking out for my best interests took off so much stress. When we found our house his team is all over everything, they are just a one stop shop. From legal needs to home inspections he has someone in place to keep the process moving along.

After we signed our papers Sunny's team didn't stop there. They made sure we got our utilities hooked up, garbage scheduled, all the small detail things you wouldn't think about. Best of all is during the move was they had an enclosed trailer available for us to use! No having to worry about getting uhauls!

Me and my family are extremely lucky to have had Sunny been recommended to us. I hope this serves as my recommendation to anyone else looking for one of the best realtor teams to help you find your next home.

Working with Sunny and his assistant, Taylor, was an unfailingly positive experience. At our first meeting, Sunny was optimistic that our property would sell if it was priced and marketed correctly. We quickly settled on an asking price. Sunny then arranged for a professional photographer to capture images that showed the home at its best. The photos and written description were online within days. Ten days after listing we had 5 offers, all above asking price. We accepted one of those offers and from there the process was effortless. We reached out to Sunny at the beginning of March explaining that we were urgently looking to buy a house and get out of our current rental situation. From the very second that we sat down with Sunny, he made us feel like family. He attentively listened to everything we had to say about what we were looking for, without any judgement. I’ll start this by saying if you need someone to help you find or sell your house, look no further then Sunny Rathod!
To go into detail, my father passed away in may of 21, by the time we had the house cleaned out and ready to sell we were coming into 2022 and that’s where Sunny came in… I reached out to Sunny to have him do a price comparison to the realtor that we already thought we were going with, not only did he blow them out of the water but he told us exactly what we could do to the house (without spending much or nothing at all) to drive up the value and make more of an appeal to potential buyers, something the other realtor did not do!
After a week of thought we decided to sign on with Sunny, in that week prior to even signing on with him, he had gone over and plowed the driveway for us and would check on the house knowing it was vacant, also per his suggestion we decided to rip out carpet and expose the beautiful hard wood floors. Sunny was right there with us helping to rip that out, all this prior to even having an agreement with him ( above and beyond in my opinion).
Once it was time to list Sunny had a potential buyer in mind that was at our price point! After deliberating with my family we still decided to list for a weekend and see if any other offers came in, which they did not only because it was listed for 3 days. Sunny still had quite a few interested customers even in that short amount of time!
We decided to go back and accept the offer from his buyer, he worked right along with us to make that go very smooth! Even after just recently closing on the house Sunny still has been in touch and is still helping us out with a problem we are having with the bank that the mortgage was under prior to sale!
I honestly can not say enough good things about Sunny, he has gone above and beyond to help my family out and I can say hands down you will not find another realtor like him and for that matter a realtor with as big of heart as his! What a great guy!

Sunny and his team…what can I possibly say that I’m sure hasn’t already been said. THEY WERE AMAZING!! We purchased our first home in early September and it was the smoothest we could’ve hoped for! Sunny encouraged us to come look at the house because he KNEW that it was exactly wast we wanted and it was perfect! It checked all the boxes and was very well taken care of. We ran into Sunny at a random open house and decided to give him a try. The first time we talked it was almost an hour long. He asked what we were looking for and the areas we were looking. I was sceptical because I have never gone thru this process before. Sunny listened to everything we said and didnt just nod his head or push something on us that wasnt right. After about 4 months of looking he found our dream house to raise a family. When it came to closing it was very quick and headache free. His team took care of almost everything for us aside from forging our signatures. Every team member we spoke to and dealt with was very pleasent, professional, and awesome to deal with. Then when sunny came into the picture, my wife and I spoke with him. I told him exactly what we wanted and looking for . Without hesitation sunny said NO PROBLEM. From day one, Sunny was 100% committed to finding us the right home. Not only was I buying a house from several states away, it was in the middle of COVID-19 breakout. He absolutely made me feel totally at ease about the entire process. He will assure you and walk you through the processes of buying a home and also let you know you if it's a bad decision.............you and your families happiness is his happiness.........he's not there to make money off you, but for you to make money when or if you go to sell in the future......"I don't want you to be house broke" is his favorite line and he lives by those words. He is the #1/best realtor around and I'll pick him 10 out 10 times

Sunny is great! He knows his stuff, is very personable and I could tell he truly had our best interests in mind when listing our house. He did a walk through on Tuesday, listed everything on Wednesday and we legit had an offer on Thursday, which followed through and they were the end buyers. Highly recommended.
