Hi, I’m Sunny Romero a Realtor with Greater Impact Realty, proudly serving Kingsport, Johnson City, Erwin, Bristol, Church Hill, Rogersville and surrounding areas.

Before earning my real estate license in 2017, I spent over 20 years in sales and marketing, where I built a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and client service. That experience plays a big role in how I work today. I’m detail-oriented, responsive, and I advocate strongly for my clients, whether that means negotiating the best terms, creating a smart pricing strategy, or marketing a home in a way that attracts serious buyers.

Originally from South Florida, I’m proud to call the Tri-Cities home since 1999. I raised my three children here, and that has given me a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods, schools, and community feel that make this area such a wonderful place to live. I love helping clients not only find the right home or buyer, but also feel truly connected to where they live.
