About SUSAN

Susan has been selling real estate since 1998, and has practiced Interior Design for 34+ years. During that time she spent 11 years as Lead Designer for HOMETIME, the PBS/HGTV show, where she developed a strong background in new construction and remodeling. Susan began Buying & Selling Real Estate on speculation while working with HOMETIME; her team had done so many remodel & new construction projects that she eventually built the courage and confidence to try a few projects on her own. That, of course, led her to pursue a license in Real Estate.

Thru Susan's years of experience she has developed the ability to understand, visualize and identify what a Buyer is searching for. For Seller’s, Susan brings years of experience in Interior Design and offers complimentary Professional Staging Services as well as professional quality photographs of your property. She knows when clients ready to list their property, they have but one chance to make a first impression - she will make certain your property shows to its best advantage and looks its very best the moment it hits the market!

Susan has developed clientele in the Metro area as well as in the Greater Lakes area of Brainerd/Baxter to service a client base she splits their time between both areas. Once a month she shares her expertise in Real Estate by co-hosting a Radio Talk Show dedicated to Real Estate. She also writes bi-monthly articles for local newspaper’s and publications addressing the many issues of Real Estate. She is a Free-lance Writer for Lake & Home Magazine, a regional Lifestyle publication and has earned the National Board of Realtors SRES Designation. In addition, Susan hosts “Lifestyle Transitions,” an on-going quarterly Seminar that explores the Financial & Legal issues of a maturing population. She enjoys every moment she spends in Real Estate, no matter what she is I’m doing.
