Susan made my house hunting experience super easy and helped me every step of the way. I’m a 24 year old, first time, homebuyer and had no idea what I was doing, she answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make this process fast and stress free. She was really supportive about the houses I wanted to look at, but was really honest about what was or was not a good option. She really wanted to help find the perfect house for me, within my price range and that’s exactly what she did. 10/10 will be recommending her to any friends and family.

TL;DR:
Susan was great to work with! She found me an amazing property which fit all my requirements, responded to all my first time home buyer questions promptly and with great detail. And even has helped me find local trusted professions for post sale improvements!

Long Version:
I was looking for a larger property (50 acres) for my family that could also support my work life being in the tech sector. Susan worked with me to understand my requirements in order to find exactly what I was looking for across central Tennessee and northern Alabama. This led us on some adventures to some obscure and very unique properties. Even though some of these properties were a bust, she would listen to my likes and dislikes and continue hard at work until eventually she found me an absolute hidden gem of a property! One that allows me to have space for my family, enjoy the outdoors and still work in the tech industry. She even helped me find some local professionals post sale to help with some improvements to the property which is well above and beyond the normal responsibilities of a realtor. I am very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in either Tennessee or Alabama for our future retirement needs. To be honest I stumbled upon Susan but there was definitely a greater power at work here that caused our paths to cross.

Susan was and has been a God send and she’s everything we could of asked and/or hoped for. She goes above and beyond and treats you like family. She made our search and eventual purchase much easier than if we went about it on our own. Susan is a true professional and truly a nice-genuine person. I fully recommend her for all reality needs.

My wife and I found Susan and asked for help finding our first home. We decided to go with new construction through D.R. Horton because she found us the perfect house and well inside our budget.

Unfortunately, D.R. Horton was very frustrating to deal with, but Susan did a phenomenal job of taking all of that weight off our shoulders. She handled every issue they threw at us as soon as it came up and my wife and I hardly had to lift a finger. She made sure we were always 100% aware of what was going on (even when the seller failed to inform us) and somehow she managed to juggle all of those issues while still making the process feel like a breeze for us.

I'm amazed at how well she kept her composure in what I can only assume was a frustrating venture. If we hadn't trusted Susan, I doubt we would have closed on this amazing house. She set an extremely high bar for realtors, but we never plan on using anyone else.

Susan is a valuable asset in the real estate business and I plan to use her for every purchase our growing family makes in the future.
