Owner/Broker Susan Kwok Annoura is a local of Clear Lake City, a suburb of Houston, TX. After graduating from Baylor University (Sic'em Bears!), Susan lived in Fukuoka, Japan for 14 years, working as a radio personality on Love FM 76.1. Now fluent in Japanese, returned to Houston in 2007 and inmediately obtained her real estate license. She formed her own brokerage, Annoura Realty Group, in 2010. Susan specializes in representing buyers and tenants from all over the world, in their quest to settle down and/or invest in Houston. In addition to her firm being the leader in Japanese expat relocation, Susan helps people build wealth through investing in real estate. Her 5 member team actively manages over 80 properties in the Houston area for local and international investors. Susan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member through the CCIM Institute, a Certified International Property Specialist and Instructor through the National Association of Realtors, and a Certified Master Negotiation Expert through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She is a 2024 graduate of NAR's Leadership Academy. Susan serves on the Houston Association of Realtors Global Advisory Board, and was the 2023 Global Committee Chair on the state level for Texas Realtors. She is a proud volunteer on the International Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a translator at the Rodeo's BBQ Cookoff. Susan has been married to Koh Annoura for 30 years and they have 3 sons: Joe is a junior at the University of Texas, Ty is a plebe midshipman at the United States Naval Academy, and Zach is a 7th grader at Westbrook Intermediate.
