With over 21 years of real estate expertise, Susan has learned the value of commitment to her client’s interests and dedication to a high level of ethics and integrity in dealing with the public, other agents, and local vendors.

It was in Arizona that she first found her love of real estate as she helped her husband start his own real estate firm with three office locations and over 30 agents on their team. During this time, Susan and her husband bought, remodeled, and sold several homes and developed their own real estate investment portfolio.

She moved to Clarksville in 2005 with her husband and three children because they loved the area and wanted to raise their children in a more rural/small-town community. She became a local REALTOR and joined the (now) Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty family.

Susan is an avid reader, loves to bake, and enjoys exploring the many culinary experiences in her local community and the greater Nashville area. She’s also active in her church and has been on many local and overseas mission trips.
